1. Who can use this policy

Whether or not you have an account, you may use this policy to report concerns about content or conduct on Voidlust / Crave (the “Service”), including illegal, non-consensual, or policy-violating material.

Please include: your email, a clear description of the issue, and if applicable the URL or character/story context. We respond within 7 business days for illegal or non-consensual content reports, and within 30 days for other complaints.

3. Illegal or non-consensual content

We prohibit content involving minors, real non-consensual sexual material, instructions for unlawful activity, and other content forbidden by our Terms of Service. Upon a valid report we may remove content, suspend accounts, and preserve records as required by law.

4. Copyright (DMCA)

Copyright complaints must include: identification of the work, the material on our Service, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and your signature. Send to support@voidlust.com with subject line DMCA Notice.

5. Bad-faith complaints

Submitting knowingly false or abusive complaints may result in account termination.
